At elnisr.online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your physical product, we are here to help you with the return process.


1. Return Window

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to enlisrmisr@gmail.com with your subject line as "Return Request - [Order Number]".

  2. Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Use the address provided by our support team.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please mention this in your email.

6. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
