Cancellation Policy

At elnisr.online, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our service providers.


1. Service Cancellations

  • Before Processing: You may cancel any service order within [e.g., 24 hours] of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet commenced.

  • Ongoing Projects: For long-term projects or milestone-based services, cancellations made after work has started will be subject to a fee covering the work already completed.

  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

2. Order Cancellations (Physical Goods)

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for physical products at any time before the status changes to "Shipped" or "Dispatched."

  • After Shipping: Once an item has left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Dashboard: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select "Cancel Order" (if the option is available).

  2. Email: Send a request to enlisrmisr@gmail.com with the subject: "Cancellation Request - [Order Number]".

4. Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation is confirmed:

  • Refunds are processed within [e.g., 5-7 business days].

  • The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
